Job Title:

Production Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Process Specialist to join our Regency Park team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Job Description:

  • Ensure flavor testing is completed effectively and accurately supply flavor in accordance with product runs
  • Complete quality checks, manage materials, and waste
  • Operate, monitor, and clean process equipment
  • Monitor quality performance and optimize processes
  • Manage production line, calibrate equipment, and maintain records within specifications

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of processing experience, preferably in food manufacturing or industrial kitchen/cooking environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of HACCP and GMP, with a record of safe work practices
  • High mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, safety, and reliability
  • Flexible, motivated, eager to learn, challenge yourself, and develop your career
