Project Overview

Civmec has been awarded the Construction Contract for the Civil and Concrete works for Phase 2 of the Kemerton Expansion Project (KEP), consisting of Trains 3 and 4 and expanding the reagent and utility infrastructure to double the existing plant's production capacity.

This project is a great opportunity to be part of our Construction Project Team and contribute to the success of our company.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifting Operations Supervisor to join our team.

  • Liaise with supervision and management to forecast upcoming works and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage crane, rigging, and scaffold crews, delegating work scopes and overseeing execution of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on daily inspections and meeting KPI requirements to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate records and registers, including rigging and scaffold documentation.
  • Deliver prestarts and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous demonstrated experience as a Lift Supervisor or similar role.
  • Relevant tickets and qualifications, including civil construction knowledge.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a keen enthusiasm for teamwork.
  • A positive attitude towards health and safety and the ability to use software systems, including word and excel.
  • Experience in mine site project construction is highly regarded.
