About the Role:
The Operations Support Admin Supervisor is a critical position responsible for overseeing various administrative functions and coordinating maintenance and auditing activities at our facility. This includes serving as the main point of contact for facility-related matters, scheduling and coordinating facility visitors, events, managing audits and compliance with ISO 9001, and hosting internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Service administrative support team
- Handle office management duties, including coordinating corporate events and managing audits
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding activities, train team members, and ensure performance and value discussions
- Maintain customer service standards, manage task assignments, and facilitate inductions for contractors and internal personnel
- Ensure efficient operations and adherence to established processes and standards within the branch
Requirements:
- Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or several years' experience working in a similar level influencing role
- Leadership skills incorporating team building and the ability to energise a team to work together towards achieving set team goals
- Experience with audits and audit management
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with stakeholders
- Highly developed administrative skills with advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
