Centre Leadership Opportunity

As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading our centre as a respected leader, empowering educators to deliver high-quality early childhood services and programs. You will foster a culture of inclusivity, community ties, and strong relationships with families and children.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework's standards, EYLF, and NQF, and experience in a leadership role, including Assistant Directors looking to take the next step in their career. A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the effective operation of the centre, ensuring that educators can deliver rich, child-led programs.
  • Inspire your team to excel, fostering a culture of inclusivity, community ties, and strong relationships with families and children.
  • Maintain a well-resourced centre, providing abundant materials for play-based learning and promoting a respectful and kind working environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members.
