Lead Educator

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our early childhood services. This individual will be responsible for driving effective operation and empowering educators to deliver high-quality services and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire a team of educators to deliver rich, child-led programs.
- Participate in a centre that values inclusivity and strong community ties.
- Cultivate a supportive environment, working closely with a local Area Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team of educators and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
- A deep understanding of relevant policies and regulations.
- Current certifications in Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
- A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
