About the Role

- Maintaining open and transparent communication with parents and caregivers to ensure a shared understanding of each child's progress and well-being.
- Providing guidance and support to junior educators to enhance their skills and confidence.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- Current Blue Card and first aid certification.
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proactive approach to professional development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education.
