Are you an experienced Meraki Engineer?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our client on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. You will play a key role in the design and implementation of network infrastructure solutions, specifically focusing on Meraki Switching and Meraki Wireless technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact project and drive the network architecture forward for a leading client.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement network infrastructure solutions, focusing on Meraki Switching and Meraki Wireless
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with existing IT infrastructure
Develop and deliver low-level designs (LLD) and network configuration documentation
Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Meraki hardware and software
Provide technical leadership and support to ensure optimal performance of network systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner
Optimize the network to meet the client's performance and security requirements
Mentor junior network engineers and provide guidance during the project lifecycle
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer with expertise in Meraki Switching and Meraki Wireless
Strong understanding of network design principles and implementation best practices
Hands-on experience in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Meraki network devices
Ability to create detailed LLDs and network configuration documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex network projects independently
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
Preferred Certifications:
Cisco Meraki CMNA or Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist certifications highly desirable
CCNP or equivalent certifications a plus
