Job Title

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Services Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by designing and delivering engaging lifestyle programs that cater to their changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deliver and monitor group and individual recreational activities
  • Coordinate activities and therapies as directed by the Lifestyle Coordinator
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities and therapies according to Aged Care legislation requirements
  • Facilitate community engagement opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Leisure & Lifestyle/Divisional Therapy
  • Relevant qualification from a registered trade organisation (desired)
  • Demonstrated experience in an Aged Care environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Professional communication style and ability to interact with people at all levels
