Located in Western Australia, our facility provides high-quality care and services to a supportive community. As a Resident Lifestyle Officer, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing engaging lifestyle programs that enhance the well-being of our residents.

Lifestyle Programs

- Develop and implement meaningful and enjoyable lifestyle programs for residents
- Coordinate and participate in daily delivery of therapy and activity programs under the direction of the Facility Manager and Occupational Therapist
- Participate in the admission process by promoting lifestyle programs and discussing dining options with new residents
- Serve as a resource to uphold excellence in food services and liaise between resident needs and dietary requests
- Manage bookings of activities and transportation for residents
- Organize meetings with residents and their families
- Coordinate volunteers and ensure effective communication between facilities

Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to lead and coach staff to deliver quality lifestyle and therapy activities
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Hold a genuine interest in working with older adults
- Experience in therapy is essential; experience in aged care and hospitality is desirable
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent/higher qualifications is required
- Proven experience in coordinating engaging lifestyle programs in a similar setting
- Current Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance
