Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and coordinate daily lifestyle activities, including intergenerational programs, events, and outings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and engaging living environment.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless communication and high-quality care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of resident participation and program outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to foster community engagement and social interaction among residents.
