Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional Chef looking to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, delivering high-quality and modern innovative food. You will be working with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family.

Key Responsibilities
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional commercial kitchen across various cuisines and styles.
  • Able to work 5 days out of 7, including rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
  • Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent to the role.
  • Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication, customer service skills, and impeccable grooming and pride in presentation.
  • Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
  • Taking pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and knowledge of food hygiene compliance practices.
