We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Data Scientist to join our Experimentation Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will drive the experimentation practices and analyses, collaborating with business, engineering, and analytics teams to enable trustworthy decisions at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the organization's experimentation practices and analyses
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and analytics teams to enable trustworthy decisions at scale
- Lead the development and adoption of novel ways to increase the speed of the experimentation lifecycle
- Master or Ph.D. in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or relevant work experience)
- 5+ years of related industry experience in the data science and experimentation domain
- Experience building and scaling experimentation practices, statistical methods, and tools in a large-scale organization
- Expertise in SQL, familiarity with Python, knowledge of Spark and cloud data environments (e.g. AWS, Databricks)
- Ability to communicate and explain data science and experimentation concepts to diverse audiences
We offer a competitive salary range of $201,300 - $268,400, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, and wellness resources.
