The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Support Professional.
As a Clinical Support Professional, you will provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home and Community clients across various practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
Key Responsibilities- Work independently with support from experienced senior clinicians to implement and monitor care plans.
- Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships with clients to ensure their health and wellness needs are met.
- Collaborate with health professionals to achieve client outcomes and provide high-quality care.
- Previous demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Availability to work various shifts across various days.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations.
- Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
- Willing to obtain annual influenza vaccination.
