Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales process management, workforce compliance domain expertise, and excellent presentation and relationship building skills.

  • Managing key client relationships to deliver tailored business solutions
  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns with internal teams
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to write, calculate, and present quotes to clients
  • Closely collaborating with customers to onboard and deliver solutions as expected
  • Ensuring seamless communication with clients through tools like Basecamp and Jira

The successful candidate will have significant experience in workforce compliance management solutions, contract requirements, and excellent negotiation skills.
