Solution Consultant

Responsibilities/Main Activities:
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (formerly PPM) is seeking to hire a
**Australia or Malaysia**.

As the Solution Consultant EPP you will be working closely with sales teams across the sales segments and Industry Consultants in establishing the value of the Hexagon solution for achieving customer's business outcomes through understanding the customers' business needs, assessments of the customers' business practices, their work processes and existing technical environments.

Asides from sales pursuits, a Solution consultants will also be responsible for conducting relevant training of internal teams for the purpose of knowledge sharing.

**Responsabilities**
- Drive building and growing pipeline of opportunities for Enterprise Project Performance (EPP) solutions for APAC.
- Ensure achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality Presales technical support.
- Work with the SDR team in lead generation and qualification of leads for follow-up with sales.
- Able to lead discussions on business outcomes and how Hexagon solutions could help them achieve these outcomes.
- Liaise with Product Managers to understand product direction, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products/services and be able manage the Sales Team and client expectations.
- Responsible for driving initiatives required to support the growth of EPP revenue within the region, working with sales teams in building account plans and identifying white-spaces
- Responsible for the adoption and execution of GTM packages where EPP solutions are part of the package.
- Ideation of high potential GTM packages that could help Hexagon capture market share.
- Be able to articulate the context of how EPP solution can help achieve the desired business outcomes of prospective customers.
- Work with marketing in building thought leadership pieces around industry challenges and way forward, in project execution and operations with focus on Hexagon solutions.
- Deliver key campaigns, with the support of marketing, in the promotion of Hexagon Solutions in driving digital transformation.
- Work closely with other Consultants in training and establishing the value of EPP solution in various industries.
- Develop messaging for EPP solution, with focus on key differentiators
- Participate in the ideation and development of GTM packages where EPP solution are part of the package.
- Work with other Consultants in providing feedback on the performance of GTMs in the field.
- Work with Services team in reviewing technical and scoping documents and liaison the knowledge transfer of sales to services.
- Liaise with EPP Consultants in other regions for lessons learned and best practice sharing.
- Deliver key campaigns, with the support of marketing, in the promotion of EPP solutions individually and where integrated with other solutions in different growth markets.
- Attend trade shows, seminars and user conferences and be capable of presenting technical papers, demonstrations and presentations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in a team and to work independently with key clients as required.
- Strong presentation skills and confident in presenting to a group in a client environment as well as at shows and seminars.
- Excellent understanding of the challenges and outcomes sought in key industries.
- Confident working with customer Subject Matter Experts to define requirements.
- Confident working with Enterprise client IT personnel and managers to determine system architecture and design needs.
- Good Enterprise and Cloud IT infrastructure knowledge as well as Cloud interoperability technology - RESTful APIs, client/server and web technologies.
- Good knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems - Oracle, MS SQL Server and proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Good project planning and specification and estimation skills, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop realistic project plans.
- Good working knowledge of EPP solution or equivalent competitor software solutions is preferable.
- At least 3 years' experience working with a Project Management or Project Planning solution.
- Willing to expand from current expertise.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Degree qualification in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
