About the Role

This full-time position involves managing service agents' AR and AP ledgers, collections, reconciliations, and credits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in AR and Credit, with proficiency in customer service and collection practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect outstanding debt from service agents
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage AR and AP ledgers for service agents
  • Conduct monthly contra processes for payment deadlines
  • Ensure timely collections to meet monthly targets
  • Oversee reconciliation processes with BPO for customer accounts
  • Monitor credit limits and collaborate on credit decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of AR and Credit experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP experience preferred
