Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Acquisitions Manager to lead paid advertising efforts across SEM, social media, and other performance channels, driving qualified leads through media buying, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Increase qualified lead conversions across key platforms (SEM, social media, and other performance marketing channels)
  • Conduct data analysis, hypothesize outcomes, develop optimization strategy, and roadmap projects
  • Run, manage, and optimize A/B and multivariate tests for landing pages
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including creatives, engineers, and product managers
  • Create and communicate weekly reports on paid channel performance
  • Support various product teams in building digital marketing expertise in the organization
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns, with a focus on SEM
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently, analyzing data, and managing cross-functional inputs
  • Excitement to work in a startup environment with autonomy to drive ambitious goals while receiving support and guidance
  • Aptitude for technical details, with familiarity with terms like conversions API, ROI, ROAS, and incrementality
  • Curious nature, with a commitment to sweating details until reaching reasonable answers and executing well on small details
