About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our South Australian Investigations unit as the Investigation Support Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with our Investigations team, corporate services team, and Divisional Managers to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Update clients on the progress of investigation cases and manage portfolio aspects, including timeframes, SLA requirements, workflows, and resource capacity management.
  • Assist investigators with field enquiries and case administration.
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate required services for investigators.
  • Enter data and perform administration tasks within our SaaS case management system.
  • Draft correspondence for internal and external distribution.
