Key Responsibilities- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach Junior School or High School Preparation programs, creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Develop Curriculum Programs: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective curriculum programs that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Assess Student Progress: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning, maintaining accurate student records and reporting data as required.
- Utilize Technology: Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences and integrate innovative teaching strategies, differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Qualifications: Hold a relevant teaching qualification (TESOL Diploma, Masters, etc).
- Passion for Student-Centered Learning: Demonstrate a passion for student-centered learning and innovative teaching practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
