HSE Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as a HSE Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a single point of contact for all HSE issues, providing competent advice in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Document and track accidents and incidents, ensuring appropriate remedial actions and learning
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, reviewing and updating as necessary
  • Maintain and monitor KPIs for health, safety, and environmental performance
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, mandatory, and company training requirements, tracking and reporting accordingly

You will work closely with production management, the wider management team, and employees at local sites to ensure HSE compliance and best practices are in place. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise to make a positive impact on our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO14001/45001
  • Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relevant to production/manufacturing environment
  • NEBOSH general certificate, IOSH, or other H&S industry-recognised qualification
  • Experience in an HSE advisory or partnering role within the production/manufacturing industry, preferably marine
