We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional to join our team.

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation, following and executing recipes to the exacting standards of our kitchens, maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment, and adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations.

You will bring your passion for exceptional food and service to life as you help create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.

Key qualifications include previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of workplace health & safety procedures and food safety standards, strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety, excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, mornings and evenings.
