Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture of our solutions and advise clients on how to best utilize the platform.

As a key member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will play a vital role in collaborating with clients and internal teams to create advanced, transformational designs and architectural visions for complex solutions.

You will have broad experience with the ServiceNow platform as well as a deep understanding of its various modules. You will design solutions to meet complex ServiceNow requirements and suggest technical best practices.

Additionally, you will bring an understanding of AI and its application in ServiceNow to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture of ServiceNow solutions
  • Advise clients on the effective use of the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop solution blueprints
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies
  • Utilize ServiceNow's automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and enhance service delivery
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises
  • Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow
