ServiceNow Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, having successfully implemented multiple instances with a focus on ITOM/CSM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solution blueprints that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for using the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies
  • Leverage ServiceNow's automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and improve service delivery
  • Establish governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations
  • Develop personas and create strategies for user experience
  • Integrate AI into ServiceNow solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises
  • Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow
