A vital position has arisen for a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, acting as the first point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy
  • Process customer orders, including quotations, invoicing, payments, dispatch, and follow-up
  • Accurately manage CRM and order systems, ensuring all customer information is recorded and up to date
  • Quality check products prior to dispatch to ensure the highest standards are maintained
  • Assist with showroom coordination, stocktakes, and general front-of-house duties
  • Collaborate with internal teams across inventory, production, and operations
  • Support administrative duties, including scanning, mail, filing, and visitor coordination

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, retail, sales support, or receptionist role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems (experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
