Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to families seeking childcare services.

Your primary role will involve handling enrolment inquiries, promoting our centres with confidence, and assisting families with centre tours, enrolment paperwork, and bond payments. You will also be required to respond to objections thoughtfully and help families find the best solution based on their needs and preferences.

You will work closely with our centre teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge of opening hours and placements, contribute to waitlist campaigns, SMS communications, Google review responses, and other outreach initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proactive and motivated attitude, with a passion for helping families.
  • Ability to touch-type and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • An interest in early childhood education and a genuine desire to support families.
  • Comfort with performance metrics and working towards high standards.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability, able to follow guidelines while adapting to unique family needs.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable working across platforms such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Rapid, PureCloud, Genesis, GWay and LT.
  • A collaborative team player who is open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to self-improvement.
