Leadership Role - Strategic Client Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow trusted client relationships with a focus on strategic outcomes
  • Provide expert advice on structuring, asset protection, tax planning, and succession
  • Review and sign off financials and complex tax matters including CGT, Division 7A, and FBT
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure technical excellence and professional growth
  • Drive workflow efficiency, optimize systems, and support business growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in public practice with strong technical expertise
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of tax planning, trusts, companies, CGT, and FBT
  • Strong client communication skills – able to simplify and deliver complex advice
  • Ambition to step into senior leadership and contribute to our growth and success
