Strategic Intelligence Leadership Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, Intelligence, you will lead a team to develop data-driven intelligence insights that enhance decision-making and drive business performance.

This strategic role is crucial in developing an internal intelligence capability that bridges raw intelligence and organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and mentor the team responsible for delivering key intelligence services and reporting products, ensuring timely provision of actionable insights aligned with business priorities and user needs.
  • Develop and implement an enterprise intelligence framework to align with organisational objectives and strategic plan.
  • Establish effective assurance and executive oversight of data and information, in line with legislative and policy requirements.

For this role, we are seeking a professional with tertiary qualifications in intelligence analysis, criminal justice, political science, data analytics, information technology, or mathematical sciences, with substantial management experience in intelligence operations, including leadership of multidisciplinary analytical teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven senior management experience in intelligence, analysis, or similar roles, with the ability to produce strategic assessments and brief executives and senior stakeholders.
