Senior People Experience Partner

This pivotal leadership role combines strategic HR partnering with team development, enabling you to drive meaningful impact across the Organisation.

As a forward-thinking HR professional, you will lead a team of two partners and collaborate closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality, end-to-end people experience services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor People Experience Partners to ensure consistent HR support.
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders across multiple Directorates to provide strategic advice, coaching, and workforce planning.
  • Offer sound guidance on employment legislation, enterprise agreements, compliance, and employment contracts.
  • Support change, performance, conduct, and disciplinary matters.
  • Deliver workforce planning, recruitment, and change initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Substantial senior HR partnering experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation.
  • Strong coaching and case management capabilities.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments.
  • Proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders.
  • High-level interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing HR professionals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
