Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic projects within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project management plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful implementation against business objectives.

About The Job

The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, escalating issues as necessary, and establishing strong project governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management plans to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, including regular reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading mid-to-large-scale business initiatives.
  • Experience with automated ordering and replenishment processes (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders across various levels.
  • Proven ability to manage project governance, scheduling, financial and resource management, change control, risks, issues, and assumptions.
