Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist\

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for the visual presentation of our product range on our websites and improving navigation and discoverability for customers.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage online visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines for our website and its subsidiary websites.
  • Build knowledge of categories and how customers shop them through online research and analysis of Google Analytics and other web data.
  • Research product specification requirements in all categories to set standards of product information to source from suppliers.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing team to implement product merchandising best practices and quality control processes.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and updates on site, including navigation, search optimization, category and product page updates, to keep content fresh and aligned with promotions and seasonal trends.
  • Conduct customer and competitor research to build best-in-class category merchandising.
  • Analyze visitor browsing, purchasing behavior, and customer journeys across channels and devices to ensure visual communication keeps customers at the forefront.
  • Support data analysis to drive business decisions and inform product strategies, including regular reporting and research.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support website improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

\
  • University Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • Experience in Online Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Website Layouts, Category Management or CX functions; preferably in Retail or eCommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in detail and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage a high volume of tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables); technical aptitude will be tested.
  • Passionate about understanding consumer behavior and improving customer experience.
