About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our loyalty solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities across priority sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for our loyalty and engagement platform.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and solution strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory developments.
Requirements:
- A high-performing enterprise sales professional with 10+ years' experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or martech.
- Proven track record of selling sophisticated, consultative solutions into large organizations.
- Deep knowledge of loyalty program technology, data strategy, and personalized marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate customer challenges into scalable, value-based solutions.
