Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programs Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of pre-accredited education and training programs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver pre-accredited education and training programs that meet the needs of adult learners
  • Collaborate with community members, education staff, and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain complex relationships through excellent negotiation skills
  • Supervise administrative and teaching staff operating in an educational context

Essential Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field such as education, social sciences, or humanities
  • Minimum three years experience coordinating education and training programs, specifically short courses
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
  • Conflict resolution, diverse communities, and internal team collaboration skills
  • Sound understanding of adult and community education principles, including community development
