The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) serves as the primary organisation representing the psychiatry medical specialty in Australia and New Zealand. Our mission focuses on training, educating, and advocating for psychiatrists in both countries, with a vision for excellence and equity in the provision of mental health care.
**The role**
This role provides administrative support for the accreditation process of the College, including support of the Accreditation Committee.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support for the accreditation activities for an
allocated group of training programs, Formal Education Courses
(FECs) and Certificates of Advanced Training in a professional and
timely manner.
- Coordination of domestic and overseas travel arrangements, catering
and AV requirements.
- Attendance at meetings of designated accreditation panels with
stakeholders, both in person and online.
- Collection, analysis, and distribution of documentation required to
support the accreditation processes for programs and FECs.
- Administration and analysis of stakeholder surveys and datasets
including the Medical Training Survey.
- Development of accreditation visit timetables including the facilitation
of pre-visit meetings, while considering priorities and timelines.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business administration
or education required, with exposure to post-graduate education or
accreditation environment.
- Sound understanding and/or experience in the accreditation of
educational programs is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office programs including Excel,
and sound understanding of databases, and the ability to analyse data
sets.
- Experience in the development and analysis of surveys using Survey
Monkey
