About the Role

This newly created position offers global exposure across the business, a competitive remuneration package, and a brand new office located in Chatswood CBD.

In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and development teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, stakeholders, and development teams to achieve project goals
  • Be responsible for documenting, user testing, and providing quality feedback from start to finish
  • Analyse business processes and work with clients to understand their needs
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Storyboarding and storytelling skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant IT qualification or vendor certification
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft applications and office productivity suites
  • Previous experience in managing a CRM system for a large organisation
  • Excellent documentation skills
