Job Opportunity: Community Outreach and Partnership Specialist

This role involves engaging with local networks, identifying opportunities for partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with these stakeholders to deliver regional initiatives and identify business opportunities that align with government priorities.

Key responsibilities include preparing correspondence, briefs, reports, and submissions relevant to the project's scope of work. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases and record-keeping systems, providing advice on community profiling and contributing to business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze sport, recreation, and physical activity needs of regional stakeholders, including Indigenous communities and organizations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work flexibly across boundaries, meeting changing business needs and priorities while contributing to an innovative team culture focused on achieving objectives within approved timeframes.

Apart from a strong skill set, the successful candidate must possess current driver's license and Australian citizenship or permanent residency status or a visa permitting permanent work in Australia.
