We're seeking a skilled Community Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

This varied role involves:

  • Organising community events and meetings to build trust and rapport

  • Coordinating internal recognition initiatives to celebrate our people and foster a strong workplace culture
  • Creating engaging content to support both internal and external communications

Requirements include:

  • Experience in community engagement, internal comms, or stakeholder relations
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, community development, or a related field
  • A proactive and empathetic communicator who enjoys bringing people together
  • Comfortable organising events, writing content, and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders
