Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Records Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical records department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet all patients with care and compassion, making them feel comfortable during their hospital stay.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and Nurse Unit Manager to ensure seamless communication.
- Accurately prepare patient files, appointment lists, and coordinate with other clerks to obtain ward patient files.
- Maintain accurate medical records and provide excellent support to the clinical team.
- Liaise with allied health professionals, wards staff, and other hospital departments to facilitate patient treatments or transfers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical environment is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and planning ahead.
- Able to work autonomously in a self-directive environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and previous experience using Webpass Medical System would be highly advantageous.
