Job Overview

The Night Shift Supervisor is a pivotal role within our operations team, responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents while ensuring seamless night-time operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nightly audits to verify financial transactions accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage night shift staff, oversee guest check-ins/check-outs, and address any issues promptly.
  • Verify guest account accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and provide detailed reports.
  • Ensure premises security and safety during night hours, monitoring CCTV systems, and addressing concerns/emergencies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and coordination between shifts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing needs, and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

We seek a motivated Night Shift Supervisor who prioritizes resident safety while delivering an excellent stay experience.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, managing competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer service.
  • Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience/skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
