Job Title

We are seeking a Night Shift Site Supervisor to join our project team delivering a premium commercial and retail tower in Circular Quay.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with trade background and relevant qualification, experience in high-rise commercial building projects, and passion for delivering customer-focused quality and leaving a positive legacy in the communities we operate in.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of subcontractor trade requirements, ensuring completion within time, cost and quality obligations. They will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team, contributing to its success in a supportive and productive manner.

Key Requirements
  • Trade background and relevant qualification
  • Experience in a similar role on high-rise commercial building projects, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer builder environment
  • High-end commercial lobby and fit-out package experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with safety requirements and supporting crews with health and safety processes
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
