Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to oversee the administrative aspects of vehicle inspections, coordinating with inspectors and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings via phone and in person.
- Order stock as required.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Receive, receipt, balance, maintain, and reconcile cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Additional duties will be assigned by management.
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great attention to detail.
- High level organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to use a multi-line telephony system.
- Competency in booking systems, resource allocation, payment taking, and receipting.
- Proficient with windows-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams.
- Above average knowledge of Adelaide Metropolitan area.
