The Legal Operations Assistant role at our organization requires a unique blend of skills and expertise. We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide high-level support to our legal team.
- Manage communications, coordinate meetings, and prepare polished reports and presentations to ensure the legal area runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as a trusted advisor behind the scenes —gathering insights, supporting informed decision-making, and handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Champion established legal practices while embracing innovation and emerging technologies (including AI) to streamline processes.
Your ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, manage competing demands, and think ahead will ensure the team remains agile, efficient, and future-ready.
We are looking for someone with experience in business and operations support, with a solid understanding of a professional services environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations through positive, professional stakeholder engagement.
