Job Opportunity

A skilled and dedicated Property Manager is required to oversee the management of a well-established portfolio. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in end-to-end property management, with a proven track record of nurturing and maximising existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and maximise existing client relationships through proactive communication and relationship building.
  • Manage maintenance and repairs utilising dedicated software, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Liaise effectively with tenants, property owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Oversee and manage lease renewals, move-in, and move-out processes for all tenants within the portfolio.
  • Perform leasing duties, including inspections, tenant references, and application processing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Current registration as a salesperson and a valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience performing leasing duties, with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage risk and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • First-class presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
