
Property Manager

You will assist our existing Senior Property Manager look after a well-managed portfolio, alongside our Property Manager Assistant, and have opportunities for growth along the way. The successful candidate will have an extensive background in Property Management with proven experience in end-to-end portfolio management, and a solution focused approach. You will be forward thinking, organised and excited to contribute to the Place brand This is a supportive team who are committed to providing amazing customer service and an overall positive experience to their clients.
Responsibilities- Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships and managing client focused actions on your portfolio
- Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated PM software Property Me and Airtable
- Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio
- Overlook and manage the lease renewal, move in and move out process for all tenants under your portfolio
- Performing leasing duties (including but not limited to: open for inspections, tenant references and application processing)
- Extensive Property Management Experience (3+ years)
- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Driver's License
- Proven experience performing leasing duties
- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with over your own work and the work of others (risk management)
- First class presentation and communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
- Experience using Property Me is advantageous
