Accounts Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Accounting Specialist to join our project accounting team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on bookkeeping or AP/AR experience who's ready to take on projects.

You will be responsible for reviewing project setups, monitoring project financials, using tools like Business Central and Excel to track and report, managing project invoicing, and supporting day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Certificate-level qualification in finance or solid hands-on bookkeeping-related experience, a background in bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable, strong attention to detail and reliability, and solid Excel skills.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to contracts, proposals and project lifecycles, learn how finance underpins project delivery, and work where accuracy, initiative and reliability are valued daily.
