Job Overview

The Accounts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting project accounting, contract management, and financial reporting within the finance department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain real-time visibility of project financials to ensure timely decision-making
  • Utilize Business Central, Power BI, and Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Manage project invoicing in accordance with contractual terms
  • Assist with day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks

Key Requirements

  • Certificate-level qualification in finance or extensive hands-on experience in bookkeeping
  • A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or receivable, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Solid Excel skills and an interest in learning ERP systems
