We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to take their career to the next level in the finance sector.


About The Role:
  • Process and reconcile financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and expenses, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost control to provide timely and reliable financial information.
  • Support month-end financial reporting and project cost reviews to help inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve any financial queries or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies and procedures.
About You:
  • Previous experience in finance administration or accounts roles within similar industries is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards or other financial systems is considered advantageous.
  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software packages.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
