About the Role

The Infrastructure and Health Support Services (IHSS) team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Accommodation Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a small team to complete building occupancy audits, identifying opportunities to maximize office accommodation utilization.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams and external providers. You will be responsible for coordinating disposal, procurement, and installation of furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) to support accommodation relocations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team to complete building occupancy audits and identify opportunities to maximize office accommodation utilization

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver agreed project outcomes
