About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Director, Engineering Services and work closely with clinical teams and external providers to deliver timely patient-centric solutions. You will be responsible for managing a small team to complete building occupancy audits, identifying opportunities to maximize office accommodation utilization, and implementing the Eptura workspace software pilot program to streamline relocations and reduce manual auditing burden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office accommodation, including planning, management, and implementation of relocation requests
  • Coordinate disposal, procurement, and installation of FF&E to support accommodation relocations
  • Work closely with clinical teams and external providers to deliver timely patient-centric solutions
  • Manage a small team to complete building occupancy audits and identify opportunities to maximize office accommodation utilization
  • Implement the Eptura workspace software pilot program to streamline relocations and reduce manual auditing burden
