NAB Regional & Agribusiness brings together a dedicated, specialist team with business bankers from across regional Australia. Our team includes general business bankers and specialist business bankers in various sectors.

Program Overview

This 4-month Graduate Program will provide you with a comprehensive learning experience. You will undertake a rotational program designed to give you a solid foundation in Regional and Agribusiness Banking at NAB.

  • You will learn and develop valuable skills for a future in banking.
  • You will have opportunities to connect with experienced professionals and foster mentoring relationships.
  • You will work closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural areas of Australia.
  • You will participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development.
Key Responsibilities

As a Regional and Agribusiness Graduate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking a 4-month rotational program to gain a deeper understanding of Regional and Agribusiness Banking.
  • Developing critical skills for a future in banking through hands-on experience and training.
  • Fostering relationships with experienced professionals and peers.
  • Participating in industry events and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency.
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or be due to complete it by the program's commencement.
  • Be willing to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program.
  • Commit to commencing full-time employment in January 2026.
