About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at White Bay Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Craft Compelling Product Positioning: Develop and communicate compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Create Sales and Marketing Collateral: Develop and manage sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and website content.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Measure and Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Analyse marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Drive Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement customer segmentation and targeting efforts to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Manage and mentor a team of product marketing professionals to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in a high-growth tech company.
  • Strong Understanding of Market Research: Excellent understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
